Terms of briefing work

These terms apply when you ask Logic Routecore Analytics to prepare a briefing, review, assessment, floor walk, or buyer session. By sending a request, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send extracts or book a date.

The parties

The desk is Logic Routecore Analytics, Level 8, 31 Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi 0108, Georgia. You are the shop owner, buyer, or manager named on the quote.

The work

The quote describes the shops, the piece of work, the sitting, and the fee. We draw plates and sit with you. We do not install tills, keep statutory books, or act as your auditor or lawyer.

Extracts you send

You confirm you have the right to send the till file and range list. We use them only to draw the agreed plates. We do not sell your figures to suppliers or other shops.

Intellectual property

The grouping book for your shops is yours. Chart plates and the written note are licensed to you for internal use in those shops, including Monday meetings and supplier sittings you run. You may photocopy them for staff who work the floor. You may not resell the plates or present them as another desk’s work. Our methods and the blank plate styles remain ours.

Liability

We draw from the extract you provide. If the extract is wrong, the plates will be wrong. We are not liable for stock you order, markdowns you take, or meetings that go badly after a sitting. Our liability for a given briefing is limited to the fee paid for that briefing, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (for example, harm caused by intent or gross negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts in Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Changes

If a later quote states different sitting rules, the quote wins for that piece of work. We may update these terms for future work; the version on this page at the time you book applies.
