Refunds, cancellations, and work already drawn

These rules apply to briefings, mix reviews, seasonal assessments, floor walks, and buyer sessions. We do not sell goods by post, software licences, or class tickets, so those models are not covered here.

Eligibility

A refund is possible when we have not yet started drawing, when we cancel, or when the quote was billed twice in error. Once plates are drawn from your extract, the drawing fee is earned even if you later dislike a markdown the plates suggest.

Timeframe

Ask within fourteen days of the charge if you believe the fee was taken in error. Cancellation of a sitting is treated under the rules below, not as a fourteen-day cooling-off for a finished pack of plates.

Full refund

You receive the deposit back in full if you cancel more than five working days before the first sitting and we have not begun cleaning the extract. You also receive a full refund if we cancel and cannot offer a new date within ten working days.

Partial refund

If you cancel between two and five working days before the sitting, we keep thirty percent of the quoted fee for time already spent on grouping, and return the rest of any sum already paid. If plates are half-drawn, we keep the drawing portion stated on the quote and return any unused sitting fee.

No refund

• A sitting you miss without notice (a no-show).
• Plates already delivered, on paper or as a PDF.
• A weekly round for weeks already drawn.
• Travel booked for a floor walk outside Tbilisi after you asked us to travel, if tickets or rooms cannot be recovered. Recoverable travel is returned.

Deposits

The thirty percent deposit holds a date. It is applied to the final fee. It is returned only under the full or partial rules above.

Rescheduling

You may move a sitting once, with at least two working days’ notice, at no extra fee, subject to the desk’s calendar. A second move is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Work already started

Cleaning an extract and building a grouping book is started work. If you stop after that point, we bill for those hours against the quote and return any remainder.

Materials

We do not buy shop stock on your behalf. Photocopies of plates are included. Extra printed sets after delivery can be quoted; they are not refundable once printed.

How to ask

Write to info@logic-routecore.digital or use the contact form with the quote date and the shops named. We confirm within two working days. Approved refunds go back by the same method you paid, within ten working days of approval.

Exceptions

If Georgian consumer law gives you a right we cannot limit, that right applies. Statutory audits, till purchases, and other work we do not offer are outside this note.
