From the Tbilisi desk
How we hold the names and extracts you send
Logic Routecore Analytics is the controller of personal data sent through this site and through briefing work. The desk sits at Level 8, 31 Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi 0108. Email info@logic-routecore.digital. Telephone +995 32 555 2140.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, the briefing you have in mind, shop notes, a preferred date, and your message. From a booked briefing: till extracts, range lists, and the names of people who will sit with us. We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to a request, to quote, to draw plates, to sit with you, and to keep a grouping book you asked us to keep. The legal basis is the contract for the briefing, or our legitimate interest in answering a first enquiry. Where Georgian or European rules require consent for a cookie, see the cookie note.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Extracts and grouping books for active weekly rounds are kept for the life of the round and for twenty-four months after the last sitting, unless you ask for an earlier return or destruction. Invoices follow Georgian accounting periods.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where the law allows, and object to or restrict certain uses. You may complain to Georgia’s personal data protection authority. Send requests to info@logic-routecore.digital. We will answer within one month unless the request is complex.
International transfers
Some email or file transfer services we use may store a copy outside Georgia. Where that happens, we use a service that offers a contract or another recognised safeguard. We do not publish your extracts.
Staff and processors
Only the people drawing your plates read your extract. We do not sell lists of shops. Processors are limited to hosting this site, email, and file transfer.
