What a briefing costs, and what moves the figure

Rates at Logic Routecore Analytics follow the piece of work, the number of shops, and how wide the range is. We do not publish a single price that pretends a corner grocery and a six-room apparel chain are the same extract.

All figures below are starting points in Georgian lari, excluding VAT where VAT applies. A written quote follows a look at your file.

Trading briefing

From 1,800 GEL for the first briefing of one shop with a modest grocery or hardware range.

A second shop in the same grouping adds to the quote; it does not double it. A weekly round, once the first sitting is done, is billed monthly at a lower rate than repeating the first briefing every week. SKU lists that run to many thousands of lines, or extracts that arrive in three mismatched files, move the figure up because cleaning is time.

Category mix review

From 2,400 GEL for one named bay or family and one floor visit in Tbilisi. Extra families are quoted. A mix review is not a cheaper weekly briefing; it is a slower read of fewer weeks.

Seasonal trading assessment

From 3,100 GEL when two comparable seasons are already in the extracts. If last year’s peak is missing days, we will say so and either narrow the plates or stop.

Floor walk pairing

650 GEL for a working day inside Tbilisi, plus the plates the following week. Travel outside the city is quoted from distance and overnight need. The day rate does not include resetting shelves.

Buyer chart session

900 GEL for a half day with up to four buyers, plates drawn from an extract sent ten days before. Extra redraws after the sitting are a separate note.

What the quote waits on

• How many shops, and whether they share a till file
• Whether we must travel to the floor
• Whether the first week needs a grouping book built from scratch
• Language of the written note (English is the default; Georgian on request)

A deposit of thirty percent holds a first sitting date. The balance is due when the plates are delivered, before or at the sitting. Refund terms cover cancellation, no-shows, and work already drawn.
