The Tbilisi desk that reads a shop’s week

Logic Routecore Analytics is a small desk in Tbilisi that draws retail sales intelligence for shops that already trade. We began after years of sitting in Monday meetings where the till file was opened, scrolled, and abandoned in favour of whoever spoke loudest about yoghurt or jackets.

The work is still that meeting. We take the extract the bookkeeper already produces, group the lines the way the floor actually thinks about them, and draw plates a buyer can hold. The office is on Rustaveli Avenue because that is where many of the owners already come for banks, lawyers, and coffee. We are not a distant reading room.

Why shops come

Georgia’s independent rooms and short chains keep figures. They do not always keep a way to see last week against last year without drowning in SKU rows. Our job is the drawing and the sitting, not the till, not the warehouse, not the window display.

We have worked grocery in Vake and Saburtalo, apparel near Freedom Square, and hardware counters that still write some tickets by hand. The extract quality varies. That is expected. Cleaning a week is part of the first briefing.

How we sit with a client

We ask for one person who can decide a markdown. We do not present to a room of twelve. Plates are read in order. Disagreements are written on the copies, not smoothed over. If the extract is missing Thursday, we say so on the plate rather than stretching Wednesday.

Values, if the word is needed: we do not invent a week; we do not sell a login; we do not take a supplier’s fee for the same sitting.

Credentials that matter here

There is no licence in Georgia for drawing a trading plate. What we can show is repeated work with the same shops, grouping books we keep from one week to the next, and sittings that still happen in the room rather than by a forwarded file. If a shop needs a statutory audit, they need an auditor. We send them on.
